Corporate Photoshoot Details & Preparation

Photoshoot Schedule

After you reach out, I’ll connect with you to confirm all details and timing. Corporate sessions work best when they’re planned in advance — ideally 1–2 weeks ahead. If possible, I recommend selecting a few reference images you like. This helps me understand your preferences and align the final look with your expectations.

Makeup & Hair

For corporate sessions, I don’t provide full hair and makeup services; please arrive camera‑ready. I will bring finishing essentials to take care of small details on set. If professional hair or makeup services are needed, please let me know ahead of time, and I can help coordinate them.

Outfits for the Shoot

Please ensure that all clothing is clean, ironed, and tried on before the photo shoot day. I recommend avoiding baggy or bulky fits, as they don’t photograph well. If possible, finalize outfit choices for your team in advance. Pay attention to details such as ties, jackets, accessories, and any branded elements you’d like to include for consistency.

Background & Style

If your company already has a defined visual style or website design you’d like to match, please share that with me in advance so I can prepare the appropriate setup. If you’re unsure about background color or overall style, you’re welcome to ask. I’m happy to guide you and help you make the final decision.

Team Reminder

Please remind your team members to arrive prepared and well‑rested on the photo shoot day. Feeling rested makes a visible difference on camera.

Arrival Time

I always arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time to set up lighting and equipment, ensuring we begin on time and stay on schedule.

Space in Your Office

Please designate a spot in your office for the session. Natural light isn’t required — I bring professional lighting. A conference room works best, but I can also set up in a hallway or smaller space if needed. Having a dedicated area helps your team feel more relaxed during the shoot.

Test Images

Before we begin photographing your team, I take a series of test images to confirm lighting, background, and overall look. This ensures everything matches your expectations before moving forward.

Image Selection

I bring a computer to every corporate session to review the images in real time. This allows us to confirm strong selections on the spot and mark chosen images for retouching.

Retouching Process

Professional retouching is included. This may involve natural skin refinement, minor blemish removal, hair and clothing adjustments, teeth brightness, light body shaping if needed, and background corrections — always with a clean, natural finish.

If the images are intended for your website, I’m happy to work directly with your web designer to ensure all technical requirements are met.

Additional Options

If you’d like candid images, group photos, or extra marketing visuals, those can be added to your session. Just let me know what you need.

Turnaround Time

Final images are typically delivered within 10 business days. If you have a specific deadline, faster delivery can be arranged at no additional cost.

You’ll receive a private download link with all final digital files.
